Project Overview
This project is a ticketing system designed for students of Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite to directly submit IT-related requests and issues to the college’s IT staff. It streamlines communication by allowing students to report problems efficiently, track the status of their tickets, and receive timely support.
The system is enhanced with Gemini AI, which provides instant responses to common technical issues, helping students resolve problems quickly without waiting for staff intervention. This AI integration reduces response time and improves overall support efficiency.
Additionally, the platform allows IT staff to manage tickets, prioritize urgent requests, and maintain a record of recurring issues for better resource planning. Overall, this project enhances student support, automates routine tasks, and ensures faster resolution of technical problems.
